If your property fits the standard maraket demands, Property Management Memorandum of understanding( MoU) is signed to maintain a trust based relationship with owners, which remains a legally valid agreement.

Complete inventory checking of property is done, all particulars, households, furniture, interiors, fixtures  and current state of the property is documented

We create more visibility of your property by marketing it through various online classifieds, local agent network,  social media , our website traffic  to vacant property immediately after signing up for management. At Least two months prior to property's availability date for property under vacate notice to minimize vacancy period.

Our expert team of sales executives, do best negotiations and finalize rent and deposit with Tenants.

We will get rental agreement  electronically signed by the residents, before move in process.

Our team will get detailed inventory check done in tenant’s presence and signed to maintain property in the same state.  We will keep tenant informed about how to pay their rent, maintain, process maintenance requests and emergency repairs, securing utilities.

Property key will be handed over to tenants only upon receiving complete security deposit, exceptional cases only with owner’s approval. Monthly follow up with the tenant will be done to make rent is credited to owner’s bank account on time. 

We inspect property every 6 months once with 48hrs in advance notice to the resident, we perform inspection of property by video walk through along with tenants.

Owner’s Finances regarding their property is important process of our management Service, we ensure maintenance payment for association, property tax paid, electronic bill payment , TDS deductions, etc.

We manage terminating leases & evictions on behalf of the owner , we do detailed exit  inventory checks and retain funds from the security deposit to recover any damage made by the tenant in the property.

Rental agreement period is for 11 months and 2 months prior to expiry, renewal notice will be sent with agreed up to escalation in rent. If a tenant gives vacate notice, we start marketing property and place new tenants.
